Could you please try restarting the camera and reconnecting the cable, ensuring both ends(to camera and to computer) are securely plugged in?
Alternatively, you can try using a new USB data cable.

The camera can be connected to a computer to transfer files, view videos and photos (Mass Storage), or use as a webcam (PC Camera).

Stes are as following:
1. Use a USB cable to connect the camera to the computer's USB port. Power on the camera, and the screen will prompt "MassStorage/PC Camera" to indicate a successful connection.
2. Press / to select "MassStorage", then press to confirm. When the computer shows "Removable Disk", you can use it like a normal USB drive.
3. Select the "PC Camera" option and press to confirm. The camera can now be used as a PC camera.

Some versions do not include it. To better confirm whether your order includes one, could you please email us with your order number so we can check for you?

To connect to a monitor/TV:
1. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on the device.
2. Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into an available HDMI port on your monitor or TV.
3. Turn on the device and the monitor/TV.
4. Select the correct HDMI input on your monitor/TV using the remote or input settings.
The screen should display the devices's output on your monitor or TV once the connection is successful.

A charger is typically not included with the order, but if you need one, please email us with your order number, and we'll check if we have any extra stock available.
If we don't have one in stock, we'll note your request and our product team will consider it for future production batches.

For this item, please use a branded high-speed U3 or above SD card, supporting 16GB to 128GB.
Could you first check if your SD card is a genuine U3 or higher-speed card?

Then, format it to FAT32 or exFAT on your computer, then reformat it in the camera.
If it still doesn't work, could you try using a new SD card?

If using a new formatted SD card still doesn't work, or if the SD card was included in your order,

Unfortunately, is not supported to attach fish eye lens to this camera.

③. Enter Email Addresses: Add the recipient's email and your own, or choose "Get a link" to generate a shareable link.
④. Add a Message (optional): Include a brief note if needed.
⑤. Send or Share the Link: Click "Transfer" to upload, then either email the video or share the link directly.
⑥. WeTransfer allows up to 2GB of free file transfers.
