☟ Could you provide guidance on where to find extra or replacement batteries?
We typically don't sell accessories online. However, you can email us with your order number, and we'll check if we have extra stock available for you.
Accessories are usually shipped from an overseas warehouse, which takes 15-20 days for delivery.

☟ I can't play back footage on the camera. What should I do?
First, could you check if your SD card is a genuine U3 or higher-speed card? (The camera requires a U3 class micro SD card, up to 256GB.)
If it is, please connect the camera to your computer using the USB data cable and see if you can access the SD card as a USB drive in "Mass Storage Mode."
If this works, kindly copy the files to your computer, then format the SD card on your computer and reformat it in the camera to see if it resolves the issue when playback on the camera.
If it still doesn't work, please try using a new SD card.
If using a new formatted SD card still doesn't work, or if the SD card was included in your order, please email us with your order number so we can provide a final solution.

☟ The camera doesn't turn on, what should I do?
Have you installed and charged the battery?
If yes, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
①If the battery is low, replace or charge the battery.
②If the battery is inserted incorrectly, please ensure it is oriented the right way.
③Make sure the battery's insulation paper has been removed.
If the issue persists, please remove the battery, connect the camera to a 5V 2A wall adapter using a Type-C cable, and press the power button to check if the camera turns on.
If the camera powers on, the issue is with the battery, and we will send you a replacement.

☟ The card slot cannot lock the card in place.
We suggest using your fingernail or a sharp object to gently push the SD card into the slot. When you hear a click, the SD card should stay securely in the camera.
If you've already tried using a sharp object like tweezers but the SD card still won't stay in place,
please email us with your order number and, if possible, a short video to help us provide a replacement solution.
